Alternatively, click the icon on your computer\u2019s system tray or menu bar, and select <strong>Register<\/strong>. The Registration Wizard displays. On a Windows machine, the icon is located in the lower right-hand corner of the screen; on a Mac machine, the icon is located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.<\/li><li>In the Registration screen, enter your <strong>login credentials<\/strong> as provided by your administrator. Click the <strong>Next<\/strong> button to continue.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.axcient.com\/en\/image\/15fb80e1b8b254.png\" alt=\"03000023.png\"><ol type=\"1\"><li>If Two-Step Authentication has been enabled for your organization or for your user account, you will also be prompted to enter an authentication code at the time of initial registration.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.axcient.com\/en\/image\/15fb80e19e4f1a.png\" alt=\"Two-Step.png\"><\/li><li>After you receive your authentication code, enter the <strong>authentication code<\/strong> and press the <strong>Next<\/strong> button.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><li>In the Select Destination of Folder screen, select either a default or customized destination for Synced Folder, where all files, folders, and team shares can be accessed on your local machine. In most instances, you can select <strong>Default<\/strong>, and you will be able to access Synced Folder in the following location: C:\\Users\\[User Name]\\Synced Folder.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.axcient.com\/en\/image\/15fb80e1b91958.png\" alt=\"03000024.png\"><ul><li>If you selected the <strong>Select destination<\/strong> radio button, you will be prompted to choose your preferred folder location. In the Select Destination screen, click the <strong>Browse<\/strong> button to specify another location on your local machine. Click the <strong>Next<\/strong> button when you are finished.In some cases, if you have previously installed using the same settings, you will receive a warning message indicating that a folder already exists. Click the <strong>Merge<\/strong> button to merge with the existing folder, and then continue with the Registration Wizard.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.axcient.com\/en\/image\/15fb80e1b990d8.png\" alt=\"Merge.png\"><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>In the Selective Sync screen, click the <strong>Skip and do this later<\/strong> radio button to sync down all Team Share content and personal folders currently available in the cloud. Or, click the <strong>Select what to sync<\/strong> radio button to deselect content that you do not currently want on your local machine.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.axcient.com\/en\/image\/15fb80e1ba004c.png\" alt=\"SelectiveSync4.png\"><ul><li>If you select the <strong>Select what to sync<\/strong> radio button, you will be prompted to deselect the folders and Team Shares that you do not want immediately available on your local machine.
