For Group Emails and or Email Distribution list, you can generate temporary password, Below are the screenshots on how to generate the temporarily password and use to un-junk the email.
This will show a message that a passcode was generated.
When checking your email you will see an email from barracuda indicating a temporary Email Gateway Defense passcode
Add the password to the temporary passcode to view the message log or add an email to allow list or block the email. Click on the below video for the walk thru: |
