How to Log in to the Web Portal

When a user account is first created for you, you will receive a Welcome email from your administrator, providing you with important information to help you get started using the system. For example, your email might include a link to the web portal, a username (or an email address), and a password.

1. Navigate to the URL listed in your email (for example, http://drive.adsremote.net).
2. Enter your username (or email) and password.
3. Click the Log In button.
4. Alternatively, if you do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link. You will be prompted to enter your email address to begin the password-reset process.
5. If Two-Step Authentication is configured for your account, enter your Authenticator Code and click the Login button.
